I think the clock or the instrument cluster have the fuse on the back of the clock/cluster for one or both of them. If you’re lucky the jumpy speedo is likely due to a dry or possibly damaged speedometer cable. pull it out and examine it for wear and then lube it up and it should settle down.

I got the flasher and that took care of the directionals
Got the horn wire too tackle that next. let you all know how it goes
