Birthday bird,
The US frontal crash test is a 2MPH test with no $ damage allowed.
The Canadian test is 5MPH, at that speed the fog lights broke!
The fog lights started out as a dealer installed no charge option in Canada, but some dealers charged for the hardware, some for the labour and others parts and labour.
I had fogs lights and the chrome hood bezel installed for less than $100US, on delivery.

I understand that right now the Bezel installed is over $150US.
